Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP‑CCC) to work with children in a pediatric setting. You’ll provide diagnostic evaluations, develop therapy plans, and deliver personalized interventions while collaborating with a team of OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals.

You’ll also benefit from mentorship, ongoing CEUs, licensure reimbursements, and a structured professional growth path designed to support both new and experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Active state SLP licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized pediatric SLP services.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress across articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding if applicable.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
