Job summary

Cortica is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver play-based therapy for children, while growing through our Clinical Ladder Program and mentorship in a transdisciplinary pediatric care model.

You will collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and therapists to provide coordinated care, lead SLPAs, and advance clinical leadership with strong emphasis on family education and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans within a holistic, transdisciplinary care model.
  • Educate and empower families, extending communication strategies beyond therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to clinical leadership.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP licensure in state(s) where you practice
