Job summary

New Solutions is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for both full-time and part-time positions in Batesville, AR. The role involves evaluating and treating pediatric patients, and collaborating with families and school staff to support communication, feeding, and AAC goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP or CSD required.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility.
• Clinical Fellows and new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred (developmental disabilities, feeding, AAC, autism).

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention addressing speech, language, feeding, AAC, and functional communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, nurses, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines.
• Incorporate developmentally appropriate, neuro-affirming, and relationship-centered treatment approaches.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support functional outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist-(Full-Time and Part-Time Position Currently Open)

Position Details:

• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules are available
• No weekend requirements
• Flexibility to structure daily hours around patient care and productivity expectations
• Potential for a condensed workweek, depending on caseload and coverage needs
• Ability to select the number of weeks worked annually, with up to four weeks PTO
• Nine separate holidays

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
