Job summary

Family of Kidz in Hawthorne, NY is seeking a Speech Therapist Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time, center-based role. You will design and implement individual and small group language therapy, administer evaluations, and collaborate with BCBA and special educators to support language and functional communication.

The position offers a competitive salary range and strong benefits. Licensed SLPs or CFYs with NYSED TSSLD certification are preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with NYSED TSSLD or TSHH certification.
• Clinical Fellows must have NYSED TSSLD certification.
• Experience with autism preferred; AAC devices experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individual and group speech therapy interventions.
• Administer and create speech and language evaluations.
• Collaborate with BCBA and Special Educators on language and functional communication.
• Oversee AAC devices and adapt strategies for communication goals.
• Document attendance, progress data, and IEP-related reporting.
