SPG Therapy & Education in Concord, CA is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our pediatric, clinician-led team. You’ll work under supervision to support speech therapy services and help families achieve goals.

The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities, competitive hourly pay, and strong mentorship, training, and collaboration across disciplines. CA SLPA licensure and field work are required.

Formación

• Associate's degree from an SLPA program or Bachelor's in SLP.
• Completion of required field work experience.
• Current CA SLPA license or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creating service delivery schedule.
• Perform checks and maintenance of equipment including AAC devices.
• Provide clerical support (charts, records, graphs, data).
• Prepare materials for speech therapy activities as planned by supervising SLP.
• Conduct speech-language screenings using protocols developed by SLP supervisor.
• Follow and implement documented treatment plans by supervising SLP.
• Provide delivery of speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Document client progress toward meeting objectives/goals.
