Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Early Intervention & Pediatric Services in Santa Clarita, CA. This full-time, home and community-based role offers hourly pay of $38.00–$45.00.

You will work under a California-licensed SLP, implement evidence-based plans, support expressive and receptive language, feeding, and social communication, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. Travel between in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Requires CA SLPA license and coursework/completion per state regulations.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy under supervising CA-licensed SLP.
• Implement treatment plans in alignment with supervising SLP direction and state regulations.
• Support interventions targeting expressive, receptive language, articulation, feeding, and social communication.
