Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the Marshall/Longview area for PRN, part-time roles with flexible scheduling. Pay starts at $36.00 per session. In-home therapy and a hybrid option are available, with travel stipends and bonuses.

You will support children’s speech, language, social, and communication skills under licensed SLP supervision, documenting progress and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLPA in Texas is required.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics is preferred.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
• Keep detailed documentation and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
