Job summary

Kona Medical Consulting is seeking an SLPA to support Speech Language Pathology services in Virginia. Under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist, you will assist with therapy tasks and work directly with children who have speech and language disorders.

This is a 12-month position with options for full-time or part-time engagement. Responsibilities include direct activities to develop language skills, oral-motor control, and use of assistive technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Communication Sciences.
• Ability to commute to the selected location.
• Must have SLPA license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in speech/language therapy under supervision.
• Engage students in activities to develop pre-language and language skills.
• Support oral-motor control and use of assistive communication devices.
