Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide outpatient pediatric therapy services. You will evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, creating individualized plans and working closely with families and schools.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children

  • Collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and educational teams to coordinate care
  • Educating families on therapy strategies and home programs to support progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation using AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks
