MeBe is seeking Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team focused on evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other needs. You will deliver individualized treatment in play-based settings and across telehealth and in-person formats, partnering with families and other professionals to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and Texas licensure.
• 1–3+ years of pediatric clinical experience after CCC.
• Credentialed with Texas Medicaid preferred.
• Professional, outgoing, warm demeanor.
• Timely, organized, dependable.
• Ability to coordinate with outside professionals and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment in play-based settings.
• Build rapport with families and provide parent education to improve carryover.
• Record objective data, complete evaluations and reevaluations.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals.
• Management of a full-time caseload.
