Job summary

TLC Kids Therapy is a family-owned pediatric therapy clinic in San Antonio, TX seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive salaries, generous PTO, holidays, mentorship, and ongoing training in a supportive, fun environment.

Starting Base Salary: $70,000+. Compensation based on experience. Central location at 2391 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78217. We are not accepting CFYs at this time; full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state credentials.
• CFYs not accepted at this time.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, play-based speech therapy sessions for children.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.
• Offer guidance and resources to families to promote continued progress.
