Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Maintain Massachusetts license to practice Speech Therapy.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments for pediatric patients in an outpatient hospital setting.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with family involvement.
• Document care, charges and progress per department standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with staff, ensure infection control and patient safety.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning as needed.
