Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for outpatient services. The position is 30 hours per week in a collaborative team that provides therapy to birth to age twenty-one, with one-to-one sessions and family involvement.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based SLP, OT, PT and ABA services, support home carryover, and contribute to growth and mentorship within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team (PT/OT/ABA) to deliver comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress notes.
• Support families with home programs and caregiver coaching to optimize carryover.
