Job summary

NovaCare Kids is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Kalamazoo, MI. The role involves evaluating and treating a wide range of pediatric communication and feeding disorders, with strong mentorship in feeding therapy and AAC. New graduates pursuing CFY are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and ASHA certification required.
• New graduates seeking to complete CFY are welcome to apply.
• 300 hours of prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with diagnoses including developmental delay, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, and childhood apraxia of speech.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Provide feeding therapy and AAC services as part of pediatric care.
• Support professional growth through mentorship and program offerings.
