Qualifications

• California State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Valid California driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, TB test and vaccines against MMR and COVID.

• Provide thorough and timely documentation to support third-party claims.
• Participate in program development as appropriate.
• Participate in professional continuing education.
