Job summary

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) seek a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team. You will assess and treat communication needs, collaborate with families and school partners, and document progress.

The role supports children from birth through kindergarten, with CFY candidates encouraged to apply and a focus on evidence-based practice in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain the appropriate Arkansas license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the ASHA, or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship Year.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children's speech, language, communication, and related developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide engaging therapy that helps children build functional communication skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies based on each child's needs.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports accurately and within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, nurses, and other members of the treatment team.
• Educate and support families as they help their children practice new skills.
• Celebrate meaningful milestones and help children gain greater confidence and independence.
