Job summary

Pioneer Therapy in Chicago, IL, part of The Valens Group, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric and adult clients across clinics, homes, schools, daycares, and virtual settings. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $62.00 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible Early Intervention credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP.
• Licensed or eligible for Illinois SLP license.
• Experience with pediatric population preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and speech therapy for pediatric clients and occasional adults.
• Deliver services across clinic, home, daycare, school and virtual settings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Complete timely documentation in EMR and maintain records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Manage a consistent caseload and schedule.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities.
