Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions in Hawthorne, CA is seeking an experienced clinical supervisor (SLP) to lead pediatric therapy programs. You will work with a diverse team to deliver individualized treatment plans and drive outcomes.

You will manage your own caseload, collaborate across disciplines, and participate in scheduling, referrals, and whole-child care initiatives. This role offers growth, flexible scheduling within a Monday-to-Friday 8 am–8 pm window, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an SLP (Pediatrics Preferred).
• Must have a high communication level, great self‑control, and really enjoy working with others.
• Must be willing to work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a “whole child” approach to all therapies offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Manage caseload independently and uphold high-quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care.
• Contribute to scheduling, referral development, and cross-division teamwork for whole-child therapies.
