Job summary

My Therapy Kids LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health across Houston-area communities, including Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, Cypress, and North Houston.

Positions offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and immediate caseloads. Sessions are paid per 30-minute block, with an emphasis on family collaboration and empowering caregivers to support child progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for Texas Clinical Fellowship license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your service area.
• New graduates and CFs welcome with mentorship and supervision available.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to children birth to 21 years old in homes, daycares, and ABA centers.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy professionals.
• Provide parent coaching and home exercise programs.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, and session documentation within required timelines.
• Supervise SLP Assistants as assigned and appropriate.
