KidsCare Home Health in Texas seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. You will assess communication disorders, plan individualized treatment, and guide families on home practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state professional licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with emphasis on receptive and expressive language skills, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Consult with physicians on progress and maintain records.
• Attend internal and external education functions and participate in QA/PI activities.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productive output and back-up for other caseloads.
