Achieve Beyond is seeking Clinical Fellows to join our New York City team, working with children and families in homes, communities, and clinic settings. We provide ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, and Physical therapy services across the NYC metro and surrounding areas.

You will deliver pediatric therapy, conduct evaluations, educate families on intervention strategies, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Passing score on the Praxis is required.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Passion for working with children and families is essential.

Mansioni

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth-21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow established therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, and address goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
