Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a unique clinic plus Early Intervention role.

You will provide EI and community-based services in the morning and outpatient clinic therapy in the afternoons, building a full-time caseload across settings. This position offers collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, protected time for documentation, and opportunities to grow in areas like feeding, AAC, and language

Qualifications

• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility.
• Master's degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Early Intervention Certification must be obtained prior to start date.
• Free certification course instructions can be sent to hired candidates (approx. 17 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention and community-based speech-language services.
• Evaluate and treat children with a range of communication needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
• Complete documentation within scheduled time.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, families, physicians, educators, and community providers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and care coordination.
• Contribute to program development and clinic initiatives.
