Job summary

MetroEHSPediatric Therapy in Madison Heights is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and provide language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding therapy in a pediatric private-practice setting.

The role supports play-based, culturally responsive interventions, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) and/or State license in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for progress.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
