Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Livermore, CA seeks a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to provide pediatric therapy under ASHA guidelines. This role offers structured mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and formal supervision while completing the Clinical Fellowship.

You will deliver speech and language services, participate in data-driven progress monitoring, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) status per ASHA guidelines.
• Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Intern / CF.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech, language, and communication therapy sessions under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Collect and analyze client data to track progress and support intervention adjustments.
• Prepare clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentorship sessions with the assigned licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, educators, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies.
• Adhere to ASHA guidelines, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in required trainings, team meetings, and professional development activities.
