Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients
- Great customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Plans activities and provides therapeutic services for speech and language disorders
- Records type of treatment and patients' reaction to it in the patients notes, written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly
- Be supervised by an SLP
- Follow guidelines for supervision as outlines by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Can trach and follow their authorized visits according to what had been allowed by insurance and in the plan of care
