SOAL Home Health Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric home health team in Austin, TX. You will deliver high-quality therapy to children under supervision, focusing on communication and developmental skills.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, direct patient care, progress documentation, family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CSD or related field.
• Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of pediatric and/or home health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision.
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises, play-based activities, and functional interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed.
• Educate families on strategies for communication and skill development at home.
• Maintain timely, clear, and organized clinical documentation.
