We serve pediatric clients (ages 1‑19) in their homes, daycares, and schools—meeting them where they are to make the greatest impact. What You’ll Do

• Travel to clients’ locations across Concord, and Kannapolis
• Deliver direct therapy based on treatment plans created by a licensed SLP
• Conduct speech-language screenings as needed
• Guide families with personalized home programs
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation (session notes, progress reports, etc.)
• Stay in close contact with your supervising SLP about each client’s needs and progress

What You’ll Need

• A degree from an accredited Speech Pathology program (if you have BS/BA in CSD need to have 100 hours completed)
• At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
• Experience in early childhood settings (preferred)
• Willingness to work some after‑school hours (after 3 PM)
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• A warm, engaging personality with genuine love for children
• Ability to follow through and work independently in dynamic environments
• Valid NC driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean background check
