Milestone Therapy, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to manage a blended clinic and school caseload in Homewood, IL. Work four days per week with a schedule designed for meaningful patient interactions across settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, family collaboration, and flexible delivery aligned with each child’s needs. You’ll bring Illinois license and ASHA CCC-SLP, and may participate in supervision and growth opportunities with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech Therapy License
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services.
• Supervise CFY providers when applicable.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
