Job summary

OU Health, a leading academic health system, seeks a licensed psychologist (or license-eligible) to join the Behavioral Sleep Medicine team within the Child Study Center Clinic. You will assess, treat, and consult on behavioral health needs related to medical conditions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include supervising practicum students and residents, participating in academic activities, and contributing to clinical research and education of trainees.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Counseling or School Psychology from an APA-accredited doctoral program.
• 0–3 years’ experience, including postdoctoral training, required.
• Licensed as a psychologist in the State of Oklahoma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services to patients within the OU Health system.
• Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals regarding the psychological aspects of a patient’s mental health condition, medical condition, or hospitalization.
• Attend and collaborate with other healthcare professionals in team rounds, didactics, and meetings.
• Provide supervision to psychology practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral residents.
• May participate in academic opportunities, including clinical research and education of trainees in psychology and other medical disciplines.
