Qualifications

• Active CA State RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• Current negative TB test.
• Confidence with trach and g tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for students with chronic health conditions in collaboration with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations.
• Deliver first aid and emergency care.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 lbs.
