Job summary

Ro Health is hiring licensed RNs to support students in South Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, in-person, full-time, with immediate start. RN pay is $38–$42/hr and includes benefits, PTO, and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include care for students with chronic conditions, immunization record management, first aid, emergency plans, and confidential health record maintenance, with strong communication to parents.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license (CA State) and BLS certification.
• Experience with chronic health conditions management in a school setting.
• Ability to be flexible, reliable, and make clinical decisions confidently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes).
• Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations.
• Deliver first aid and emergency care.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care.
