Soliant is seeking a dedicated speech-language pathologist for a full-time school-based contract near East Aurora, NY. You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children while collaborating with educators and families to support IEP goals.

The role emphasizes pediatric care, teletherapy familiarity, and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to work with teachers and multidisciplinary teams on campus.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current SLP-CCC or CFY status and valid state licensure.
  • Proven pediatric school-setting experience with teletherapy familiarity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct screenings and progress monitoring.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Consult with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team collaborations.
