Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year pediatric/adolescent experience.
• Must be able to be Credentialed as Provider for Medicare/Medicaid and other insurances.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills especially with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Aufgaben

• Provide services mandated under the School Health Program for students at risk.
• Conduct behavioral health screening, assessment, and counseling.
• Assist with screening for ESE and attend staffing meetings for students. Prepare individualized assessments.
