Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and document all patient interactions and care activities.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and provide health education to promote satisfaction and well-being.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting and supporting process enhancements.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, promoting shared governance principles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
