THE POSITION

• Hours:
  • Thursday, Saturday, Sunday days
  • Saturday and Sunday evenings
• Client Specifics: 7 year old with trach, vent, and g‑tube *Dog friendly home*
• Hours:
  • Sunday days
  • Friday & Saturday evenings
• Client Specifics: 4 year old with g‑tube *Dog friendly home*
• Hours:
  • Saturday & Sunday 8‑hour days
  • Saturday 8‑hour overnight
• Client Specifics: 7 year old with trach, vent, and g‑tube *Dog friendly home* *Female Only*
• Up to a $2,500 Sign On Bonus

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
