Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a Pediatric RN or LVN for an infant in Grand Prairie, TX. You will provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home and school settings, focusing on infants with complex medical needs.

Flexible scheduling and patient-focused care are central to this role. You will administer medications and therapies, care for trach, ventilator, and G-tube needs, and educate families while documenting every step of the care plan.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license required.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes to care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
