Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville is seeking a PMAC Pediatric Registered Nurse to apply the nursing process across pediatric care, including newborns to 18 years. You will educate patients and families and coordinate continuum of care with the health care team.

The unit specializes in Epilepsy Monitoring, NAS, and Peritoneal Dialysis on a 42-bed unit—the largest acute care unit at Children’s Hospital. Hours are 7pm-7am, 36 hours per week.

• Follows nursing process to plan and implement patient care.
• Communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery.
