Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
Current Texas nursing license or permit to practice nursing in Texas.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and evaluates an age-appropriate plan of care using the nursing process.
Maintains professional behavior and uses appropriate resources during conflicts.
Ensures a safe environment for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
Assesses patient safety risks and applies appropriate precautions.
Complies with organizational and accrediting standards.
Adheres to safety and injury prevention standards in patient care delivery.
