Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (Pediatric RN) to provide high-quality care for infants, children, and adolescents in a collaborative, team-based environment. You will work with interdisciplinary teams, deliver direct patient care, and support families throughout care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license.
• Experience in pediatric nursing preferred.
• BLS certification; PALS may be required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents under supervision of attending physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and document care in medical charts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with other nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold safety and infection control protocols at all times.
• Support emotional well-being of pediatric patients and provide comfort during procedures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
