What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, healthcare technology, or education
• Full time clinical experience in home care(1+ years)
• Passion for leading, mentoring, and developing clinical teams
• Knowledge of home health regulations, documentation, and quality standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $51,528 to $77,292 annually based on full-time employment.
