Qualifications

Current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) required.
Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.
Responsibilities

Facilitate referrals to primary providers, specialists, and community resources.
Educate clients and families regarding care needs and preventive behaviors.
