Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure eligible in Kentucky.
• Current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) required.
• Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate referrals to primary providers, specialists, and community resources.
• Educate clients and families regarding care needs and preventive behaviors.
