Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in the Chicago area is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care. Positions available are full-time or part-time, with night shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and prior pediatric or home health experience. Responsibilities include bedside nursing, g-tube feedings, tracheostomy/vent care, medication administration, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a pediatric patient at home (g-tube, tracheostomy/vent care, medications).
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with family.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and visits.

Open Shifts:

Nights: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun 7 PM to 7 AM

Salary: $38 - $45 / per hour

• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
