Cedarcrest Inc in Keene, NH seeks a Lead Therapist Services professional to oversee rehabilitation programs for residents and day students. The role provides clinical leadership to therapy staff and coordination with the Director of Special Education on documentation and program oversight.

You will supervise therapy service delivery, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and help recruit and orient new staff while guiding department budgeting and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a health care setting, pediatrics preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to guide therapy staff.
• Ability to manage departmental responsibilities while maintaining clinical duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee rehabilitation services to residents and day students.
• Assist in identifying the service needs of children.
• Monitor delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services and provide clinical oversight of therapy programs for each child.
• Assist teams in ensuring related service needs are met, including direct service, consultation, and adaptive equipment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings and relay information to staff.
• Coordinate orientation and in-service training provided by therapy staff for new staff and ensure follow-through of programming.
