Job summary

Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support direct and indirect patient care under licensed therapists. You will assist with treatments, help with therapy sessions, and perform duties across units and clinics as assigned.

You’ll work collaboratively with rehab staff, maintain clean environments, and participate in in-service education to support patient outcomes. A High School Diploma or GED and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS or RQI Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Effective communication both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists and students to maximize patient function.
• Maintain equipment, keep areas clean and stocked.
• Coordinate care with rehab staff and report status changes.
• Participate in department projects and in-service education.
