Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in Texas. You will provide dedicated, one-on-one care in patients' homes, using clinical judgment and maintaining autonomy with family collaboration.

You will join a team supported by 24/7 clinical on-call, with sign-on bonus eligibility. This role emphasizes continuity of care and high-quality pediatric nursing in a calm, home setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online).

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care in the patient’s home.
• Build consistent relationships with the child and family and coordinate with physicians and care teams.
• Apply clinical judgment to plan and deliver skilled nursing care in a calm, controlled home setting.
