Job summary

Care Options for Kids is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will care for high-acuity patients in the home, building trusted relationships with the child and family while using your clinical judgment with independence and support from a dedicated team.

This role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and safe nursing practice in a calm, controlled home setting, with training, 24/7 on-call support, and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida RN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing to high-acuity patients.
• Build consistent relationships with the child and family while delivering skilled nursing.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Health. A Nursing Role Built for Focused, One-on-One Care At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you'll care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Requirements

• Current, active Florida RN license
