Care Options for Kids seeks an RN to provide dedicated pediatric home health care in the family home. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing to children with high acuity, supporting autonomy and continuity of care.

The role emphasizes using clinical judgment with confidence, backed by a supportive team and training resources to ensure patient safety and family engagement.

Competenze

• Current, active Texas RN license.
• BLS CPR certification (in-person).
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you'll care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Requirements

• Current, active Texas RN license
