Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is searching for a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging for both adult and pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality care and accurate diagnoses. You will work in a collaborative setting focused on patient-centered service and professional standards.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, and conducting radiographic exams independently, including portable and on-call procedures as assigned by the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate or Trade School diploma.
• Licenses & Certifications: RT (R) registration, IEMA license (Illinois only, excluding MRI), CPR preferred for higher experience levels.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, patient communication, and technical proficiency in radiography.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for radiographic procedures, providing clear instructions with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Conduct radiographic exams independently, including portable and on-call procedures, as assigned by the department.
