Job summary

77 consultants is seeking a Locum Radiologist for an on-site contract in Morgantown, WV. You will interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies and deliver timely reports to support referring physicians.

Associate-level radiologists are encouraged to apply for flexible, contract-based work in a fast-paced medical practice. Board-certified radiologists with WV license or eligibility preferred for pediatric imaging coverage and on-site shifts.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology or eligibility.
• Active WV medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Residency in Diagnostic Radiology completed.
• Proficiency in CT, MRI, X-ray and ultrasound interpretation.
• Familiarity with PACS and RIS; strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound).
• Prepare accurate, timely radiology reports.
• Communicate urgent findings to referring physicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support decisions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary reviews and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation in EHR/RIS; ensure on-site coverage.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Support quality improvement and peer review activities.
