Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks a board-certified or eligible Pediatric Radiologist for a full-time faculty position in the Department of Radiology. Responsibilities include clinical imaging, teaching medical students, supervising residents, and participating in research at UT Health San Antonio and affiliated facilities.

Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology is required, ABR CAQ in Pediatrics or eligibility is preferred, and Texas MD license or eligibility must be obtained before starting.

Division of Pediatric Radiology

The Department of Radiology in the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking a board certified Pediatric Radiologist for a full time faculty position. You will be providing clinical services at University Health System, UT Health San Antonio and partnered facilities.

The candidate must be board Certified/Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology, Fellowship trained in Pediatric Radiology, have/or be eligible for ABR CAQ in Pediatrics, possess an MD or DO and must have or be able to obtain a Texas Medical License prior to start date.

Additional duties include teaching medical students, supervising residents in the performance and interpretation of imaging studies, participating in research and providing clinical care to patients. Academic rank of Assistant Professor to Professor are commensurate with qualifications. Our hospitals are regional referral centers for trauma, oncology, surgery, general medicine and organ transplantation.
